2. A cancellation policy of 7 days prior to arrival notice when bookings are made by telephone or email only. Excludes 3rd party online booking sytems. The total amount of the booking will be no-refundable.
3. 5% charge for credit card payments.
4. A charge will be levied for any damage/loss to hotel property at check-out
5. A £30 charge is levied for no key return.
